In this article, we like to talk about endless amount of skills, force multipliers and gear that could change the outcome for you and your family in an emergency situation. People tend to overlook one of the most important tools they have, information availability. One of the biggest assets that people have today is information. The availability of information has never been greater in human history, than it is today.
But, like everything else in our lives, if we refuse to devote the time to collect that information, then it is useless.
So what do we mean by information? Well, we mean everything. Want to learn how to start canning foods? Want to know how to start your own garden? Or, maybe you just want to learn how many more Fast and Furious movies we will be tortured with before they politely decide to fuck ALL the way off? Ok I admit that last one was just me. Never the less, the information is out there. We all walk around every day with super computers in our pockets. If we are being honest, it is far too easy to make excuses these days. "I don't have time". "I have kids to take care of". "I work too much". While all of the above might have some truth to it, I'm willing to bet you've spent at least 30 minutes a day using your super computer to watch the latest, trending TikToks. Hell, TikTok may be the reason you found us here at Warhorse.
The point is, set time out of your day to learn a new skill. Be better prepared for the worst case scenario. It's just like your weapon systems. If you don't devote time and energy into training with your weapon systems, how effective do you think you will be when your life depends on it? What about your families lives?
